DEAN McCOUBREY/ Chief AI Strategist

Executive AI training

AI training for executives and the workforces they lead

Practical education on what is coming in AI through 2027: the trends, the genuine opportunities and the difficult challenges, shaped around your sector, your obligations and your people.

Dean trains leadership teams and workforces on the AI landscape that is actually arriving, not the one in the headlines. Sessions cover agent systems and what they can and cannot do, the economics of intelligence, governance and accountability, and the workforce changes that adoption demands.

The training draws on nine years of education work. Dean founded MySociaLife, a digital life skills programme teaching young people, parents and educators to navigate social media and online life, work he describes as having received sixteen global award nominations and recognitions. The same educational discipline now serves executive audiences: plain language, honest trade-offs and no hype.

Formats range from half day executive briefings to multi-session workforce programmes. Content is built around the organisation's own sector, regulatory obligations and appetite for risk, and always includes the human dimension: psychological safety, role redesign and the conversations leaders should have with their people.

Questions buyers ask

Answered plainly

Who is the training for?

Boards, executive teams and wider workforces. Content is calibrated separately for each: boards need governance and accountability, executives need strategy and economics, and workforces need practical literacy and reassurance.

What topics does it cover?

AI agents and agentic adoption, context engineering, model strategy and economics, governance frameworks such as NIST's AI Risk Management Framework, workforce change, and the AI trends, opportunities and challenges likely to define 2027.

Is it technical?

No prior technical knowledge is assumed. The aim is judgement, not coding: enough understanding to make good decisions, ask the right questions of vendors and teams, and lead people through the change.
